Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time

Go to Settings, then Subscription. Remove a single protocol there, or cancel everything in the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your protocols stay available to replay until then.

Your 14-day withdrawal right

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.

Sessions are digital content generated and delivered to you immediately. At checkout we ask you to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm you understand that you lose the right of withdrawal for content already delivered. Without that agreement we can't start your protocol.

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment and have listened to no more than one session, email hello@eightstars.app and we'll refund you in full.

Other refunds

• If a technical problem on our side stops you from using the app and we can't fix it, we'll refund the affected period.
• If we materially reduce what your plan includes, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
