Subscription terms

These terms cover paid access to Gateway Manifest. They sit alongside the terms of service.

Plans and prices

One membership includes every protocol, voice choice and your own mantra. You choose how it is billed:

• Yearly: €59.99 per year.
• Monthly: €9.99 per month.

Prices include VAT where applicable. The price and the billing period are shown before you pay, and on your receipt.

Free trial

• The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial if you have never had a Gateway Manifest subscription. One trial per account.
• Every protocol is available during the trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
• On day 7, €59.99 is charged for the first year unless you cancel before then. The date is shown before you start.
• Cancelling during the trial ends access when the trial ends and nothing is charged.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, on the same date until you cancel. We charge the card or payment method you used at checkout. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a short time; if it still fails, paid access ends.

Earlier plans

• Per-protocol subscriptions (€9.99 per protocol per month) and All Access at €49.99 per month are no longer sold. If you have one, it keeps renewing at your current price until you cancel or switch.
• On a per-protocol plan, removing a protocol stops it renewing; you keep it until the end of the period you paid for.
• Switching to the membership replaces your protocol lines. You pay only the difference for the rest of the current period, then the membership price from the next renewal.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in Settings, under Subscription, through the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't charge a cancellation fee.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online contract. Sessions are digital content delivered immediately, so at checkout we ask you to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal for content already delivered. Price changes

If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel before the new price starts.
